A tailored 6 month programme just for you to build functional fitness - for long days outdoors, challenging terrain, and real adventure, leaving you feeling capable and confident.
BUILD MENTAL RESILIENCE IN NATURE
Using science backed methods this programme will show you how you can build mental resilience & deepen your connection to nature, while being tailored to your lifestyle & diary.
OUTDOOR COMPETENCE & SKILLS
Gain real world outdoor skills, from clothing and layering to navigation, weather awareness, and expedition planning. Make informed decisions, respond to challenges safely, and move independently with confidence.
JOIN A COMMUNITY OF 30 WOMEN
